Who are you? Who do you see when you look in the mirror?
Many of us see a person created in our own image or in the image of who others told us we are.
We would not dare to say, “I look in the mirror and I see God.”
But it is true. We are created by Him in His Image.
When He created you, He said you were good.
And no matter what you have done in your life, God still sees you that way.
He sees beyond our weaknesses and sins to the person He created us to be. He is waiting for us to be willing to let Him uncover that person.
Let Him clean and polish you.
Then look in the mirror and see Who He sees.
For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things He planned for us long ago.
Ephesians 2:10
You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body and knit me together in my mother’s womb.
Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex!
Your workmanship is marvelous—how well I know it!
Psalm 139:13-14
You are in Me and I am in you!
John 14:20
