When Moses asked God what His Name was, God answered him.
God said to Moses, “I AM Who I AM. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I AM has sent me to you.’”
In revealing Himself, God gave Moses and all the rest of us the key to the universe. When we agree with God, His Truth becomes our Truth. His Promises are fulfilled in us. His Life becomes our life.
However, this happens only when we agree with God. When we do not agree, we do not receive all He wants to give us.
Example: Jesus said He came that we would have Joy.
When we say, “I accept that Gift. I AM joyful,” He gives us Joy. It may not be instant, but He will deliver when we receive, knowing it is coming.
When we say, “I AM mad” or “I AM so depressed,” He will not agree. We are on our own to stew. He wants to give us joy, if we will simply agree to receive it.
He wants to give us peace, that is far beyond what the world calls peace. The world will scream loudly “You can’t possibly be peaceful in this situation.”
Satan will tempt you to use God’s Name to say, “I AM not at peace.” “I AM afraid.” “I AM at the end of my rope.” “I AM giving up.”
God will never agree with you when you say those things. In fact, God warns us not to misuse His Name.
You shall not misuse The Name of The Lord your God, for The Lord will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses His Name.
This does not just mean, “Don’t cuss.” It means just what God says it means. “Don’t misuse My Name.”
How did God and Jesus use His Name?
I AM with you always.
I AM in My Father, and you are in Me, and I am in you.
I AM The Bread of Life.
I AM The Light of the world.
I AM The Good Shepherd.
I AM The Resurrection and The Life.
I AM The Way, The Truth and The Life.
John 14: 6
I AM The True Vine.
Yes, I AM coming soon!
Amen, come Lord Jesus!
