Chapter Two:  How Can Three Be One?

Many of us have difficulty wrapping our heads around the concept of The Trinity.  The Trinity refers to the ability of God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit to be One.  Many Christian religions give the belief in the Trinity as one of their basic statements of faith.

However, after making that firm statement of faith, many break up The One into three parts.  Further, they imply those three parts cannot be “on stage” at the same time.  This being the case, things get more than a little confusing, as we try to remember Which of Them said what and Who is Where at any given time.  In fact, when we attempt to follow Who is Where, we may come up with two false conclusions:

God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit were not all together all the time.

God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit are not all together with us all the time.

But here is The Truth!

God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit are all together all the time.

God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit are all together with us all the time.

Chapter Three:  But I Thought The Bible Said …

Satan can quote scripture, but he never uses it to get us closer to God.  He attempts to use scripture to further confuse us and move us away from God.  Satan’s goal is division.  God’s Goal is unity.

Therefore, as soon as we believe we are on the edge of understanding profound Truths, satan will move in, quoting scripture.  After all, if the Word of God is true, how could we not believe it?

Chapter Three explores some of the common scriptural arguments Satan uses to try to distract us from the Truth about the Trinity.

Why would it even matter that we understand God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit are One?  It matters because that One Truth will affect all of how you view God, Jesus and The Holy Spirit.  And it may turn upside down many of the things you always thought you knew about Them!

… The LORD our God,

The LORD is ONE.
