God has blessed me in so many ways. One of those ways is that He sings to me. And He lets me write the music He puts in my spirit.
Zephaniah verified that God does indeed sing to us.
The Lord your God in the midst of you is mighty; He will save, He will rejoice over you with joy; He will rest in His Love, He will delight in you with singing!
Zephaniah 3:17
Some years ago He sang a song to me about His Wonderful Presence. I shared it as He led me.
Time passed. My friend, Mary, was battling cancer. She made regular trips to the chemo lab. One day she called me and with great excitement shared what had happened while she was receiving her treatment.
She said she needed to be reminded of The Lord’s Presence in her very trying time. She remembered she had the song on her phone.
So she played it quietly. Another patient asked her what she was listening to. She explained. The other patient asked her to turn it up so she could hear it too.
Mary did. Others began to listen too. There were tears, laughter and joy. No one had expected God to join them so personally in the chemo lab.
Mary said, “I just had to tell you where the song went today!”
I am constantly amazed at the ways God reveals Himself in ways we never expected. And I am so thankful when He lets me come along and share in the joy!

I share these words today in faith, knowing God sent them not only to me, but for others too. If His song finds a place in your heart, know it is His Gift to you.
